Job Description
Insight Global is currently hiring an Application Development Manager for one of our top financial and insurance clients in the Des Moines area. This manager will be in charge of empowering the application development team to modernize and support the business. The will need to have a background and application development to be successful in this role. The will need to be team oriented and eager to build team culture and drive innovation. The annual compensation for this role is between $120,000-$150,000.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of leadership experience
Application development experience in .Net, Java, Cobol or Informatica Duck Creek Claims experience null
