Contract Management Specialist (hybrid)

*Primary Duties and Responsibilities: *
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Contract Management Specialist with expertise in managing contracting processes within the healthcare sector or other highly regulated industries. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and a thorough understanding of contract administration processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of contract management activities while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
In this position, you will oversee the entire contracting administration lifecycle, from initiation to execution. This includes serving as a project manager to ensure internal stakeholders navigate drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with vendors, customers, partners, and third parties. You will also manage and enhance contract management applications, ensuring the timely filing and execution of agreements while closely monitoring renewal, expiration, and termination terms. Experience with DocuSign and/or other contract management applications, such as Ntracts or similar electronic management tools is preferred.
Key responsibilities involve maintaining clear contract ownership among stakeholders, tracking contract milestones, and reporting on important dates to ensure proactive contract management. - Manage the contracting administration process from initiation to execution, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts and agreements with vendors, customers, partners, and other third parties.
- Maintain and track contract ownership among internal stakeholders and monitor and report on contract renewal and termination dates.
- Ensure that all contracts and agreements comply with Tandigm Health policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update the contract management system, document repository, and form agreement library.
- Develop and implement best practices in contract administration and procurement processes.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
- Provide training and support to staff on contract management processes and tools.

- Maintain and update contract template forms and prepare initial draft contracts for review and approval by members of the Legal Department.
- Draft, review and maintain correspondence, termination notices and other form documents under the direction and supervision of members of the Legal Department.

- Uses, protects, and discloses Tandigm's patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards and protects Tandigm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destru tion or interference.
- Adheres to and responsible to abide by all information security policies, processes, and/or activities.
- Reports security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization to management.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, law-related field, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience
- Experience in contracting administration, legal assistance, or similar role. Experience with DocuSign and/or other contract management applications, such as Ntracts or similar electronic management tools is strongly preferred.*
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Desire and demonstrated ability to self-manage and problem solve.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, contract management software, and legal research tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
*Credit may be given toward the above-referenced experience preferences if applicant has highly-germane experience, including experience with the Ntracts contract management application, DocuSign and/or other contract management applications, or experience with project or contract management across interdisciplinary departments and/or project management or contract management within a complex business environment.
