We are in search of a Business Analyst to join our team based in WEST CHICAGO, Illinois. The role involves proposing innovative IT solutions, developing these solutions, enhancing existing processes, ensuring successful implementation and adoption, and providing timely support to business issues.

Responsibilities:

• Proposing and implementing innovative IT solutions to meet business needs.

• Understanding business processes and requirements to apply best class software, hardware, or services.

• Developing IT solutions by writing functional specifications and coordinating with IT staff.

• Enhancing current business processes, with a particular focus on SAP S/4 SD and TM.

• Ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of IT solutions by coordinating testing, documentation, training, change management, and communication with the business.

• Providing timely support for daily business issues by communicating with the business, assessing issues, proposing, and prioritizing solutions.

• Utilizing various skills including Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Claim Administration, SAP, SAP Transportation Management, and Sales and operations planning.

Requirements • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira.

• Experience with CRM platforms.

• Ability to perform Gap Analysis.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in AB Testing.

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Understanding of Business Process Functions.

• Ability to create Business Requirement Documents.

• Experience in Claim Administration.

• Knowledge of SAP and SAP Transportation Management.
