Summary:

  • The Supply Chain Coordinator will assist with the operations of the materials management department. This position will provide technical support for Hospital's Procurement System and assist with the daily reporting. The Coordinator will support, advise and assist departmental managers within their supply chain needs. they will also assist the Director with Value Analysis and special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Medical Devices Recall Management

  • Monthly EOC reporting

  • Stretchers and wheelchair repairs management

  • Hill-Rom bed and mattresses management

  • Manages donation of unused product.

  • Assists Clinical Engineering with disposing of equipment.

  • Assists Clinical Engineering with Repair/Replace of equipment.

  • Assists stocking Storeroom.

  • Manages weekly Lawson item adds.

  • Assists with Weekly INR (invoiced not received) file and resolution.

  • Manages WB Mason user add and product ordering information.

  • Manages AE Litho/Intellicor user add.

  • Oversees Daily backorder report for all the departments.

  • Assists collecting and ensuring orders for laboratories are received.

  • Assists with Daily Safety Huddle call.

  • Creates Storeroom inventory Value Report.

  • Storeroom inventory daily transaction tracker.

  • Manages Handhelds troubleshooting.

  • Assists with New Pennfor Training.

  • Assists with Lawson reporting: Par levels, item usage and spend.

  • Assists Materials Management projects: Par level revision, Re-binning, product expiration dates.

  • Assist Storeroom with daily purchase orders, backorder and substitute products.

  • Back-up Approver for Director of Materials Management

  • Assist Director with value analysis.

  • Data and reporting ad hoc

Credentials:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Education or Equivalent Experience:

  • H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)

  • And 2+ years Warehouse Inventory Management Systems experience. (Required)
