 Cutting Edge Landscapes LLC, located at 452 Birmingham Rd., West Chester, PA, is in need of (4) temporary seasonal workers for full time position between 4/1/25 and 12/1/25.Laborers will have many traditional landscaping duties/responsibilities including but not limited to weeding, planting, and mulching. Must have ability to lift 60lbs and kneel to pull weeds for extended periods of time. Tools provided for use include wheelbarrow, shovels, pruning sheers and rakes. Work will begin at shop/office location (452 Birmingham rd West Chester Pa) from 8am until 3pm M-F for a total of 35 hrs per week and paid at a rate of $19.76 per hour.Transportation will be provided from shop/office to and from various job site locations in Chester and Delaware County Pa. No education or experience required. On-the-job training will be provided. Employer provides required tools/equipment at no charge. Employer provides transportation to and from all work sites. For certified periods of employment lasting 120 days or more: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages. Workers will be paid weekly. Employer will make all deductions from the worker's paychecks required by law. Employer offers housing at the option of the workers. A reasonable deduction will be made, and the exact amount cannot be calculated until it is clear whether worker will share space or not. Employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the worker.
