Great River Health Systems Pharmacist | 32 hours per week | Inpatient Pharmacy in West Burlington, Iowa

Minimum Hiring Wage:

From $63.40 per hour

Job Details:

Scheduled Hours- 7 days on and 7 days off

Shift: Nights

Rotation Wednesday through Wednesday

Weekdays (Monday - Friday): 8 hour shifts

Weekends (Saturday and Sunday): 12 hour shifts

Job Description:

Dispense drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners and provide information to patients about medications and their use. May advise physicians and other health practitioners on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications. Provides safe and effective pharmaceutical care to customers while working with support staff.

Qualifications:

Required:

Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy

BS in Pharmacy

Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Iowa

Preferred:

Pharm D degree

Experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting

Prior computer experience
