Great River Health Systems Housekeeper | 40 hours per week | Environmental Services in West Burlington, Iowa

Minimum Hiring Wage:

From $16.00 per hour

Job Details:

Scheduled : 2:00pm - 10:30pm (weekend & holiday rotations)

Job Description:

  • Routine cleaning to providing a clean environment.

  • Ensures the cleanliness of patient rooms, public areas, lounges, restrooms and other assigned areas in such a way as to ensure that the departments/ clinics standards are maintained.

  • Duties include cleaning rooms and offices, empty trash and linen receptacles, vacuum, dust, sanitize and spot clean, check and fill all dispensers, clean restrooms, dry mop floors, sanitize floors.

  • Perform any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain the hospital, in a clean and orderly manner.

  • Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.

  • May perform the destruction of discarded patient health information.

Qualifications:

PREFERRED

High school diploma or GED

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience
