SUMMARY: The Shool Yahd is looking for a qualified WEEKEND MANAGER. 20 hours per week. Hours: Fri 4pm-11pm, Sat 11:30am-5:30am, Sun 9:45am-4:30pm Description: - Being responsible for exceptional guest service in all areas of the facility - Manage day-to-day operations of the facility - Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service - Ensure that all guests have a positive and memorable experience - Managing/enforcing routine maintenance with subordinates - Maintain a clean and safe environment - Enforce responsible alcohol service regulations and ensure adherence to health and safety codes Qualifications and Skills: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality, event management, or recreational management role. Prior supervisory experience preferred - Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude - Strong written and verbal communications skills - Strong leadership and people management skills - Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills - Knowledge of games (or eagerness to learn) cornhole, wiffleball, kickball, pickleball, darts, dodgeball, shuffleboard, etc - Must be able to stand for 6-12 hours at a time - Experience with youth and adult recreation - Must be flexible and adaptable to change - Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays - First Aid/CPR certified (after start date)
