Join us as our new Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist for Human Health Biosolutions

This position is a temporary expansion to capitalize on projects related to our recent merger.

Welcome to Global Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety (RAPS)

You will join a team of Regulatory Professionals based in the Americas. This exciting position will have the opportunity to work on projects supporting our Human Health business around the globe.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Researching and preparing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding the domestic and international regulatory status of products, specification, allergen and certifications.

  • Assisting in the operation of systems and procedures to ensure timely and accurate data collection, maintenance and delivery of consistent regulatory information throughout the organization.

  • Communicating with government agencies (FDA, CBP, USDA, CFIA) on a regular basis regarding regulatory compliance of our products and processes.

  • Monitoring regulatory changes affecting company products and communicates to appropriate inter-company stakeholders.

  • Supporting the business unit division regarding securing registrations, certifications and regulatory dossiers for internal use and submission to government and 3rd party entities.

  • Supporting the sales team with assisting customers on ingredient regulation and labeling requirements.

  • Conducting risk assessments and clearly communicate risk to Senior leadership and the business units as needed.

To succeed, you must hold:

  • Bachelo'rs degree in a science related field

  • At least 5 years in regulatory affairs

  • Preferred experience in the dietary supplement market
