What you get to do every day
Establish that the CRM plan is executed promptly and within budget
Cultivate, suggest, forge, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; plus spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions
Compile take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
Lead weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
Bestow clear communications to the customer that are important to their needs and life stage
Drive more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
Lead an experienced team of digital specialists and head the digital strategy
Aid product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to upgrade the customer journey & experience
Requirements - Less than one year of experience
Proficiency in Content Marketing
General familiarity with Organic Search
Demonstrated knowledge of On-Page SEO
Foundational knowledge in Landing Page
Command of Outbound Marketing
Inbound Marketing experience desired
Practical knowledge of Digital Marketing
Adeptness in Landing Page Optimization
Landing Page experience highly desired
Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS) experience
Has proven track record in building digital brands with strong ROI
A steady combo of skill, management experience and initiative
Preceding managerial position is preferential
Seasoned in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
Past involvement in frontline customer journey, driving traffic to our main site
Accomplished in vendor management
Tactical multi-channel marketing and digital brand consistency
