As the Staffing Sales Manager you will lead our sales team in identifying, cultivating, and securing new client partnerships. Your proven sales leadership and strategic vision will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. This position combines strategic thinking, team management, and a hands-on approach to client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals. Stay updated on market trends and adjust the sales approach accordingly. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance and motivation to meet sales targets. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Representatives, setting clear goals and performance expectations. Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, provide training, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless experience for clients and candidates. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to provide valuable insights to clients
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or Experience in related Field Proven staffing and recruitment sales experience. Strong leadership and communication skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel as needed. Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Representatives, setting clear goals and performance expectations Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted sales campaigns and initiatives. Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, provide training, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Use market insights to make informed decisions
