Job Title: Temporary Staffing Radiologic Technicians

Location: Welch, West Virginia

Job Type: Temporary

Position Overview:

ACI federal is seeking highly skilled and dedicated Radiologic Technicians for temporary staffing positions in Welch, West Virginia. As a Radiologic Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing quality diagnostic imaging services to patients, ensuring accurate and timely results to aid in their medical care.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic imaging examinations using X-rays, CT scans, and other radiologic

equipment.

Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.

Operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret and review imaging results.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Adhere to established safety protocols and radiation protection standards.

Conduct regular maintenance checks on radiologic equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Assist in the scheduling and coordination of imaging procedures.

Qualifications:

Valid certification as a Radiologic Technician (ARRT) or equivalent.

State licensure in radiologic technology as required by West Virginia.

Proven experience in performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures.

Strong understanding of radiologic safety standards and protocols.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in imaging techniques.

Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced certifications in specialized imaging modalities (e.g., CT, MRI).

Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in a hospital or clinic environment.

Working Conditions:

Facility is a nice rural hospital. Temporary position with varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work is performed in a clinical setting with exposure to radiation and infectious diseases.

Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and the ability to lift and position patients as needed.
