CBRE is seeking a highly skilled Alliance Director to join our team, collaborating with a prominent client in the financial sector. In this critical role, you will oversee real estate services and operations across the client's New Zealand portfolio, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality services while fostering strong relationships and maximizing client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic direction and provide national leadership for the client’s account.
Drive revenue growth and profitability across all lines of business, emphasizing the integration of Real Estate Management, Lease Management, and Property Management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, representing their interests and facilitating seamless communication between the client and CBRE.
Oversee financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting to meet financial objectives.
Lead and develop the team to create a positive workplace environment.
Manage landlord and tenant relationships, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any disputes.
Identify and implement continuous process improvements across the portfolio.
Coordinate operational teams across various locations to ensure effective service delivery.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality across all operations.
Qualifications
Professional qualification with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a property-related field.
Demonstrable experience in corporate facilities management, Real Estate, Banking, or Accountancy.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Strong knowledge of lease administration databases and financial principles.
Excellent negotiation, influence, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Willingness to travel as needed; a valid driver’s license is essential.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have overall accountability for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) on the account, including business continuity planning and adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
