CR. 60, Wellington, CO 80549 Phone: (970) 792-6673 Qualified Sod Installation Laborer Job Duties: Position offered is for an experienced sod installation laborer with a minimum of three months' experience in sod installation labor who can work with and model company sod installation methods and procedures with up to 3 peers, during installation of sod grass rolls. This requires the laborer to lift, carry, place, cut, and roll out 2'x5' rolls of sod repetitively. Laborer also prepares soil for installation using tools such as rototillers, wheelbarrows, shovels, and rakes, repetitive movements, extensive pushing and pulling, extensive walking, frequent stooping and bending. Loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Lifting required up to 50 pounds. Work performed on local area jobsites with employer provided transportation to and from the jobsites from a centralized pickup location in the specified area of employment.

3 months experience required. On the job training. No education required. $19.43 - $25.00/hr. based on experience and performance. $29.15 - $37.50/hr. O.T. Employer will offer 40 hours/wk. of work with 1/2 hour of lunch each workday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., M-F, Some O.T. and weekends may be available, but is not guaranteed. 10 positions available for temporary, full-time, seasonal work. Dates of Employment Offered: 04/01/2024- 12/20/2024. Jobsites located in: Larimer, CO and Larame, WY County. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed by check for visa and related fees in the first workweek. The employer will provide, without charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
