Essential Functions
Provide leadership and coaching to the local HR team (3 employees); ensure an efficient departmental organization in line with company vision
Develop a strong HR strategy for the location aligned with plant and HR European vision
Maintain a good social climate, develop strong relationship with unions and lead social negotiations
Attract, develop and retain the best talents necessary to deliver our business Results
Responsible for employee’s adherence to our ethics and compliance programs
Foster a culture of Diversity & Inclusion where every employee is valued and respected
Create a seamless employee experience and generate value through efficient & effective HR Processes
Monitor and ensure the site compliance in terms Ethics, compliance, employment laws and regulations.
Support actively the plant-wide safety vision and strategy
Develop close contact with the European HR team and collaborate on HR projects
Our Ideal Candidate
Master’s degree in Human Resources or any related field (Law, Business, Social Sciences, Psychology…)
8+ years of experience in HR, ideally in an industrial and unionized environment
Proven Leadership Skills
Fluent in French and English
Strong emotional intelligence, ability to inspire, influence and coach others
Stress resistant and flexible
Strong communicator
