Job Title:

Assembler II (Multi-hire: 2 positions)

FLSA Status:

Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Temporary (3 months)

Salary:

$16.35 - $23.85/hour

Position Overview:

Under moderate supervision the Assembler II will assemble products for distribution in accordance with workmanship standards and customer specifications.

Functions:

  • Operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures.
  • Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units.
  • Perform basic, standardized, and repetitive assembly operations by following detailed written or verbal instructions.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work environment. This includes working in FOD Critical and clean room environments.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma in related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in related field.
  • Science, technology or math background preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.

Ability to understand and adhere to all Safety Policies and Procedures.

Experience with a wide variety of hand tools.
