This great position is on 1st shift, Full time Monday and Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Pay starts at $18.00 Position Overview & Responsibilities: Custodian at PK Property Services provides customers with a clean, sanitary, and safe facility that they can be proud of. Responsibilities in accordance with standard janitorial services including but not limited to: General cleaning specified areas to each specific facility s needs Window washing, sanitizing, dusting Floor care including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping General waste disposal, cleaning restrooms Completion of daily reports for work completed Working with on-site staff to complete daily tasks
