Description We are searching for a meticulous and dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team in WAYNE, Pennsylvania. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry. The Sales Assistant will primarily handle transactional aspects of structured sales support, liaise with vendors, partners, and dealers, and provide industry-specific knowledge. Additionally, the Sales Assistant will analyze and recommend opportunities for improvement, manage outstanding approvals, and negotiate end-user contract documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Support application and contract processes efficiently

• Liaise with vendors, partners, dealers, and sales representatives to facilitate operations

• Handle transactional aspects of structured sales support from application to booking

• Analyze and recommend opportunities for improvement, particularly across the application to booking process

• Manage and convert outstanding approvals in a timely manner

• Offer industry-specific knowledge to contribute to the team and to enhance customer service

• Develop and negotiate end-user contract documentation

• Monitor and analyze the performance of sales and support processes

• Handle both non-standard and exceptional applications

• Leverage time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Requirements • Exceptional customer service skills

• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail environment

• Ability to handle documentation tasks accurately

• Understanding of operations within a sales environment

• Ability to review and analyze sales data effectively

• Experience with workstation support and maintenance

• Capability to liaise with vendors and suppliers

• Proficiency in performing ad hoc financial tasks

• Strong negotiation skills

• Excellent time management abilities

• Ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively

• Knowledge of financial services

• Experience with terminations and related processes

• Proficiency with ProFile software

• Ability to drive continuous improvement in sales processes

• Understanding of sustainable business practices

• Experience with transactional duties in a sales role

• Demonstrated ability to promote employee engagement

• Familiarity with internal policies and procedures

• Experience with sales support tasks

• Strong organizational skills.
