Vanguard IT Project Manager - NextGen Hosting in Wayne, Pennsylvania
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of NextGen hosting programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale IT projects, excellent communication skills, and experience with cloud hosting technologies.
In this role you will:
Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and stakeholders
Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Conduct status updates, progress tracking, and performance reporting
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational processes
Collaborate with vendors and external partners as necessary
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork
What it takes:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management
Strong knowledge of cloud hosting technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
Nice to Have:
Experience in a hosting or managed services environment
Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker)
