IQVIA Associate Director Product Management, Healthcare Solutions (US Remote) in Wayne, Pennsylvania

The Associate Director of Product Management, Healthcare Solutions will manage, design, and implement a comprehensive plan for the long-term, sustainable success of a key component of IQVIA’s Healthcare Solutions offering portfolio. The ideal candidate demonstrates a thorough understanding of Product Management in healthcare and is experienced in the IQVIA Healthcare Solutions client segments including, but not limited to U.S. provider organizations (hospitals, IDNs and other healthcare provider organizations) and managed care entities (payers, health plans, PBMs). Proficiency in healthcare data, analytics, business intelligence and insight generation are a must.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert in data, analytics, business intelligence, and digital healthcare engagement across the IQVIA Healthcare Solutions client segments (hospitals, healthcare providers, payers, insurers, consultants, and health IT).
Will be responsible for developing, enhancing, nurturing, and maintaining the portfolio of offerings that support Healthcare Solutions clients’ strategies addressing numerous end-user personas.
Identify target market opportunities for IQVIA products, define market whitespace, research market trends, and partner closely with IQVIA’s sales organizations to support current and prospective clients’ solution requirements.
Partner closely with both the Healthcare Solutions Engineering and Client Services organizations.
Ensures offering related content and solution feature functions are both competitive and differentiated to generate targeted revenue growth and market penetration.
Makes offering portfolio lifecycle and roadmap prioritization decisions necessary to deliver on business results.
Research, study and prioritizes Voice of the Customer and market feedback to directly impact the short, medium, and long-term direction of the Healthcare Solutions offering portfolio.
Incorporates IQVIA’s strategic direction into offering management decisions within and across the business lines. Recognized as the spokesperson for IQVIA on their offerings both internally and externally.
Secures organizational agreement on the complete go-to-market plan and budget required for implementation.
Performs proactive market research and identifies target clients and markets. Engages with sales teams to partner on said opportunities.
Manages cross functional teams to ensure the offerings meet customer needs and are economically and technically viable.
Brings external thought leadership to bear in client environment. Recognizes impact of developments in industry that may influence IQVIA products, services, or trends. Forecasts trends, identifies potential impacts, and applies knowledge to offering development and business line strategy.
Defines and executes plans for achievement of complex business line objectives. Leverages, builds, and maintains IQVIA relationships that contribute to successful execution of plans. Proactively engages and manages cross-functional stakeholders, leads interdependent teams, and demonstrates complete ownership of the business.
Requirements & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in business administration or a related field such as marketing, statistics, or economics preferred.
US Remote, home based.
7+ years related product management or marketing experience in the healthcare industry required.
Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the IQVIA Healthcare Solutions client segments including, but not limited to U.S. provider organizations (hospitals, IDNs and other healthcare provider organizations) and managed care entities (payers, health plans, PBMs).
Must be proficient in healthcare data, analytics, business intelligence and insight generation .
Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analyses.
Strong problem solving, project management, presentation, and planning skills.
Ability to manage senior and executive level relationships across business and functional areas.
Working knowledge of MS Office suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $108,600.00 - $201,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
