This role requires adherence to specific guidelines and compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring the provision of high-quality healthcare services.Responsibilities:1. Patient Care: a)Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the healthcare provider. b) Monitoring patient conditions and assessing their needs. c)Collaborating with healthcare professionals to devise and implement patient care plans.2. Documentation and Reporting: a)Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records. b)Providing comprehensive reports to the healthcare team regarding patient conditions and responses to treatments.3. Compliance and Procedures: a) Adhering to established protocols, regulations, and best practices. b)Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.3. Patient Education: a) Educating patients and their families about treatments, conditions, and aftercare.4. Communication and Teamwork: a) Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. b) Communicating clearly and professionally with patients, families, and colleagues.Requirements:1. Possession of a valid New Jersey Licensure as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.2. Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations including those set by the New Jersey Department of Health, Office of Inspector General, Medicaid/Medicare, Corporate Compliance, PEOSHA, and Priority Group Services Policies and Procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3.
