As a Quality Technician, you will be supporting Programs within classified AS9100 electronics manufacturing environments to deliver the highest customer satisfaction. You will be a NJ MPA (Manufacturing Product Assurance) team member of the C4ISR product line that resides in the Adaptive Communication & Sensing (ACS&S) Business Area.

Responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to:

  • Conducting ITSRs and product purge and containment activities.

  • Supporting and conducting the Internal and Factory Audits.

  • Reviews, analyzes, and reports on quality discrepancies and data related to production.

  • Support CAB metrics and COPQ initiatives.

  • Support MRB and NC disposition initiatives.

  • Support Factory CAR and RCCA initiatives.

  • Work with factory support to continuously improve the process through PCR changes.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in dynamic, cross-functional teams.

  • Must exhibit initiative and leadership skills necessary to collaboratively prioritize and adapt daily schedule to best support business critical needs.

  • Previous Inspection and Auditing experience.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Six Sigma Belt Experience

  • Secret Clearance

  • FAI (First Article Inspection) Reports.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $68520 - $109680

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
