Job Title: HR Assistant

Location: Wayne, NJ

Pay Range: $25-$31/ Hourly

What’s the Job?

  • Assist the HR Manager in responding to a variety of email requests and inquiries where appropriate.

  • Assists with managing backfill hiring coordination with Talent Acquisition and hiring manager, this includes owing requisition creation and the offer letter and new hire onboarding paperwork process in coordination with HR operations and hiring managers.

  • Supports the administrative process for job descriptions for client groups. This includes maintaining job description changes, signatures, and record-keeping.

  • Process administrative tasks such as employee changes in HRIS, payroll action forms, and Worker's Compensation claims.

  • Assist with Report and presentation creation for Talent Assessment and succession planning process.

What’s Needed?

  • Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.

  • A minimum of 1 year experience of administrative support for an HR team or environment that requires confidentiality/handles sensitive information.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task with high attention to detail in a highly dynamic environment.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Proficiency using various tools in HR systems such as Success Factors, with proven skills in its reporting capabilities as well as backend processes.
