Job Description
Job Title: Treasury Intern
Location: Corporate
Department: Finance
Job Summary : The Treasury Intern is responsible for assisting the Treasury team with day to day activities and with special projects.
Principal Duties:
Assist with the preparation of debt covenant calculations.
Assist with the preparation of various balance sheet account analyses.
Assist with preparation of monthly bank account reconciliations.
Assist with the preparation of monthly balance sheet and cash flow analysis.
Assist with the preparation of management presentations and supporting schedules.
Assist with chargeback research activity.
Research and provide stores with credit for counterfeit activity.
Provide departmental coverage during peak vacation periods.
Perform general clerical activities as needed.
Perform duties and special projects as assigned by department managers.

Basic Qualifications:
Pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration or major in Accounting or Finance; current sophomores strongly preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Word, Outlook
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or Higher
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university for the Spring 2025 semester – Fall 2026 semester
Candidate must be available from May 19, 2025 – August 7, 2025
