Job Description
Job Title: Floor Planning Intern
Location: Corporate

Major Project Summary: Import Fixture with Blue Yonder (BY) Floor Planning
The Floor Plan Intern will work closely with the Manager of Space and Floor Planning to learn how to navigate the Blue Yonder Floor Planning software system to build stores following newly developed import fixture process. The end results will enable Marketing and cross functional teams the ability to pull prototypical data for all equipment, shelving and fixtures needs.
Assist in creating new floor plans, versioning existing floor plans and linking floor plan to store within BY Floor Planning following new fixturing rules.
Execute the rebuild of all existing floor plans, within BY Floor Planning. Navigate the BY floor plan fixture library when applicable. Properly assign fixtures to floor plans and combine fixtures to create assemblies.
Accurately assign plan-o-grams to floor plans and ensure proper listing conditions are met. Requires reading floor plan drawings, understanding fixtures, categories and plan-o-grams.
Perform audits to ensure accurate recreation of existing stores including proper fixture and plan-o-gram assignment.
Work cross functionally with Field Merchandising and Strategic Sourcing to generate and maintain a fixture library tool.
Document and report out on project progress.
Assist the Floor Planning team in day-to-day activities to support new stores, remodels, resets, and Marketing initiatives.
Perform plan-o-gram to floor plan changes that support category team initiatives and store operations requests. Includes adding new categories to stores as required.
Perform mass changes by running automation scripts and batch posting floor plans to SAP. Requires monitoring log file and ensuring that jobs run successfully.
Maintain BY Floor plans and linkage to AutoCAD to ensure drawing authenticity.

Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing bachelor’s degree in related field
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
Ability to read a floor plan and plan-o-gram
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or Higher
Candidate must be currently enrolled in a college or university for the Spring 2025 semester – Fall 2026 semester
Candidate must be available from May 19, 2025 – August 7, 2025
