Job Description
Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Intern
Location: Various
Department: FP&A
Job Summary : The FP&A intern will assist and support technology finance including the management of contracts and consulting resources. They will partner with technology managers and utilize our business spend platform Coupa to gain insight into Wawa technology spend. The intern will also gain exposure to the supply chain business working with the Wawa Beverage Company team to perform ad hoc analysis.
Principal Duties:
Reference or review monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Assist with categorization of technology spend.
Analyze and reconcile monthly contract and consulting spend.
Assist with analysis of monthly internal labor for capitalization purposes.
Create and review capital project applications and business cases.
Assist with ad hoc supply chain analysis.
Perform financial duties and special projects as assigned by department supervisors.
Assist in other Finance departments.
Essential Functions:

Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing bachelor’s degree with a concentration or major in Finance preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Minimum GPA of 3.0 or Higher
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university for the Spring 2025 semester – Fall 2026 semester
Candidate must be available from May 19, 2025 – August 7, 2025
