Head Cook
- 7.5 hours/day
- Wauseon Middle School
- 2023-2024 school year - approximate starting date: May 2024
- Essential job duties include but not limited to:
-prepare and cook school breakfast and lunch
-follow current HACCP procedures
-maintain necessary documentation --production records
-order within a fiscally responsible budget
-overall management of the kitchen
-manage food/supply inventory
- Level 2 Certification in Food Protection
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of the QSP manager and QSP POS
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of and proper use of kitchen equipment
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of NSLP, NSBP and snack program
- Record of excellent attendance
