Join us as a Sanitation Lead Under the direction of the Sanitation Supervisor, the Sanitation Lead is responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of the plant, machines, and parts to always ensure sanitary conditions and in accordance with Novonesis\' standard operating procedures. In addition, the Sanitation Lead is responsible for maintaining the building and grounds in a good state of hygiene. This position has no direct reports, or people management. In this role you\'ll make an impact by: Managing the day-to-day implementation of the Master Sanitation Schedule and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures to achieve product safety and productivity requirements and to ensure compliance with regulatory and third-party certification requirements. Monitoring the daily activities of staff, providing instruction and performance feedback to ensure food safety, compliance, and productivity requirements are met. Identifying and resolving issues related to adherence to the Master Sanitation Schedule and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures. Maintaining and improving upon the Master Sanitation Schedule and Sanitation Work instructions. Providing initial and ongoing training as it relates to sanitation. Inventorying and requisitioning most of the cleaning and sanitization supplies to ensure the materials are maintained and easily replenished.
