Job Title: Lab TechnicianJob Description
Join our dynamic team as a Lab Technician, where you'll be responsible for setting up and operating pilot equipment such as evaporators, crystallizers, and boilers. Your daily tasks will include operating hoses, pumps, heaters, and centrifuges throughout testing processes, and recording essential data such as pressure, temperature, gauge levels, and chemical data. You will perform various analytical testing including titrations, spectroscopy, and microscopy, and document all laboratory results. Collaboration with team members to develop products per customer application is key. You will also ensure adherence to basic laboratory practices and maintain a clean and safe lab space.
Hard Skills

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in HARTLAND, Wisconsin.
Work Environment
Work in a lab environment alongside approximately 15 other professionals from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with flexibility required for occasional extended hours or weekend shifts to support 24/7 pilot process runs. The role is set for 40 hours per week with potential for overtime.
