Job Description Summary

The GE Healthcare Solutions Enterprise Imaging (SEI) CFO is responsible for driving profitable growth of GE Healthcare’s Radiology and Cardiology IT business. The role will partner with the SEI CEO and leadership team (including Sales, Services, Engineering, Product Management, Human Resources and Marketing) and manages a global finance team of 8-10 people. Responsibilities include ownership of full top-to-bottom P&L and cash flow management. Along with, driving critical initiatives such as pricing rigor, capital allocation, services productivity, and business model transformation (e.g. growth in SaaS).

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the Solutions Enterprise Imaging (SEI) Leadership Team in developing and implementing transformational business plans across the portfolio, including organic growth and new markets as well as cost efficiency.

  • Act as a thought leader by providing analytical insight and perspective to the SEI CEO and senior management.

  • Oversee development of strategic planning, including capital and operating budgets, to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources.

  • Lead the development of future financial strategies for SEI by establishing annual financial goals and monitoring and analyzing performance against these objectives.

  • Partner with the SEI CEO and leadership team through participation in operating reviews, budget and forecast reviews, and other operational finance duties as required. Work with the leadership team to drive growth and value creation.

  • Boost business ROI by enhancing the efficiency of R&D investments and strategically pursuing strategic partnerships, acquisitions and divestitures

  • Enable the shift of the business model towards cloud-based solutions, adopting the SaaS model, refining pricing strategies, and optimizing

  • Ability to assess and drive support for mergers and acquisitions and third-party transitions for potential deals, evaluate their fit with the company’s long-term goals, and ensuring that they align with our strategic vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risks, identify synergies, and execute integration plans post-acquisition.

  • Serve as a change agent; develop agility in and mobilize others in the organization to initiate operational change.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or graduate degree (preferred), with 6+ years of relevant experience

  • Considerable expertise in the software industry and SaaS frameworks
