Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical expertise and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Windows-based systems, including Active Directory, PowerShell, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, and security concepts.
Utilize Bomgar/RDP for remote desktop support.
Demonstrate advanced technical computer skills specific to the functional area and related systems.
Manage and resolve issues using the ServiceNow ticketing system.
Exhibit a strong customer service orientation and excellent problem-solving skills.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic work environment.
Required Skills:
Broad knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11).
Experience with VMware.
Proficiency in M365 troubleshooting, including Office 365 and Teams.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in desktop support.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00
