Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical expertise and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Windows-based systems, including Active Directory, PowerShell, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, and security concepts.

  • Utilize Bomgar/RDP for remote desktop support.

  • Demonstrate advanced technical computer skills specific to the functional area and related systems.

  • Manage and resolve issues using the ServiceNow ticketing system.

  • Exhibit a strong customer service orientation and excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

  • Adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic work environment.

Required Skills:

  • Broad knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11).

  • Experience with VMware.

  • Proficiency in M365 troubleshooting, including Office 365 and Teams.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in desktop support.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00
