Lakeside Neurologic is currently accepting resumes for the position of Assistant Director of Behavioral Services. We are leaders in rehabilitation for brain and spinal cord injury and behavioral health.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience working with Excel based databases. BS in Psychology, Behavior Analysis or a related field is preferred. HS Diploma or GED is required. 2 years of Residential Services, Direct Care or Mental Health experience is required. Two years of supervisory or management experience is preferred. Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.

Working Conditions: Works primarily Monday through Friday, but must be flexible for off-hour and weekend monitoring and emergencies. Must meet the physical requirements of Professional Crisis Management and be certified as Level 2PS Practitioner.

General Duties: Conducting and train staff to implement function-based behavioral treatment plans/contracts/protocols, conduct staff monitoring and provide feedback on performance; participate in interdisciplinary team clinical decision-making, and behavioral graphs to track progress, maintain up to date database tracking all pertinent behavioral data for each client.

This position is a Full Time, the typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on call 24/7 with some evening, overnight or weekend coverage required.

Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience.
