Pay Range
$90,000.00-$123,800.00 Annual
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

Your Day to Day:
- Lead Development: Drive new product and process development scale up from R&D to manufacturing.
- Customer Solutions: Address and resolve customer product issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze product data to identify improvement opportunities and lead projects to implement them.
- Technical Support: Provide technical service to both internal teams and customers for existing and new products.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on competitor technologies and product platforms.
What You Bring to the Team:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry; chemical or mechanical engineering preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in a manufacturing environment, with 2+ years in the glass fibers industry preferred.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong RCCA experience and the ability to translate complex technical needs into robust products.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong project management skills.
Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to interact wit
