Growing manufacturer in Waterville is seeking a Manufacturing Sales Representative for an outside sales position. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of sales experience in manufacturing. Some travel required, up to 50%. Salary published is before generous commission and bonus structure. Company car provided as well as excellent benefits!

responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective accounts while using CRM

• Manage call schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner

• Cultivate relationships with all current customers, understand business needs and identify opportunities for growth and improved service

• Provide training and product demonstrations

• Travel to customer locations in the region, some overnight travel required

• Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services and competitor activities

• Identify and develop new accounts for growth

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of sales experience and 5 years of manufacturing experience

• Previous outside sales experience

• Must be open to around 50% travel, some overnights required

• strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques, objection resolution skills, and have problem-solving abilities

• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, using exceptional listening, verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

• Technical aptitude to be able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diverse and demanding environment

• Software proficiency with MS Office applications and CRM
