JOB REQUIREMENTS: Offal Packaging - 51110 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Packaging Room (Offal) Team Member 1st Shift Watertown, WI Position Overview The successful candidate will help with setup, pack offal products to target weight, move skids of product in and out of the freezer, and ensure proper safety, quality, and sanitation requirements. Essential Duties / Responsibilities & Competencies * Be able to perform and rotate through several job functions in the department at line speed * Comply with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), USDA regulations and safety rules at all times * Ensure products are accurately weighed, packaged, and labeled (products include ribs, loins, livers, hearts, tongues, etc.) * Always verify and record temperatures to ensure superb quality * Package and palletize product in accordance with established specifications * Utilize a PIV to move and stage pallets * Learn and excel in all positions within the room, to facilitate teamwork and cross-training * Utilize SAP for material movements * Excellent attendance and performance record * Good verbal communication skills * Good decision making and problem-solving skills * Ability to prioritize work in relation to process flow * Ability to communicate effectively with the team and work towards an end goal without direct supervision * Proactive team player, dependable and detail oriented Location: Watertown, WI Starting Hourly Pay: \$23.53 Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm (end time will vary depending on production needs) Coach for this position: Garrid Neitzel, Harvest Pack Team Lead (We don\'t have bosses at Johnsonville.
