STAFFMARK Maintenance Technician in WATERTOWN, Wisconsin

This position offers the chance to support other Maintenance Mechanics, Electricians, and Maintenance Supervisors in the repair and maintenance of company capital assets, as well as the fabrication and installation of new capital assets. Shift Information 10 PM - 7 AM (Rotating Schedule) Pay: \$28 - \$34 per hour Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair or adjust any equipment used by the company. Fabricate parts using metal, plastic, or wood to support the company\'s needs. Monitor and service plant support equipment such as boilers, air compressors, and water processing systems. Assist with the layout and purchase of new capital assets. Respond to plant security and safety system needs. Order parts and accessories. Perform tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing role. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical tasks. Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Basic hand tool skills and mechanical aptitude.
