We are seeking a take-charge leader with proven manufacturing operations experience to work onsite as a Director of Manufacturing at our Watertown, WI location. Foster and support the Wis-Pak Mission, Culture and Values Track overall performance for each of the manufacturing facilities and deliver remedy plans as required Standardize activities across the manufacturing network to reduce variation in supply levels to the customers Drive automation and improvement initiates to reduce and optimize conversion costs without detriment to safety, quality, or service level Facilitate and promote the use of automated data capture to drive quick data driven decisions Cascade learning across the manufacturing network Sponsor and lead key projects through the OBEYA and HOSHIN processes Collaboratively develop performance goals and objectives for Facility Managers Develop longer term plans (2-5 years) for future packages and production capacity to support the trends of the business as they change Collaborate with Human Resources in the areas of talent, performance management and succession planning Support excellent communication between the facilities, functional directors and the central departments to solve problems and ensure smooth operations Provide input into the development of the annual capital plan and long-range capital plan Support Facility Managers to develop an annual plant operating budget Provide routine performance reports and action plans for monthly OBEYA and BOD meetings WHAT YOU\'LL BRING TO THE TABLE Minimum of 8 years plant management experience Minimum of 3 years multi-site experience Experience in a high pace manufacturing environment A Bachelor of Business/Engineering degree or similar Ability to...
