Watersmeet Township School District Special Needs Paraprofessional in Watersmeet, Michigan
*The Watersmeet Township School District is seeking a candidate to serve as a Special Needs Paraprofessional starting August 20, 2024. *
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students with disabilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass the "Highly Qualified" Paraprofessional Training Certification (This can be done through our GOISD)
Responsibilities:
- In charge of supervision of medical care and instruction of students with special needs
- Provide support in implementing individual education plan
- Monitor student behavior
Compensation and Times Needed: As per the Master Contract of the Watersmeet Education Support Personnel Association
The candidate selected must pass a criminal background check before being recommended to the Board of Education.
