Manulife Pharmacy Product Analyst Intern/Co-op – Summer 2025 in Waterloo, Ontario
Manulife is looking for motivated and talented students who are driven to succeed in our Pharmacy Product Analyst intern/co-op position. Position Responsibilities:
Your role within the Group Benefits Product team at Manulife will be dynamic with a focus on data insights.
Working with Manulife Product Managers to develop, deliver and maintain innovative pharmacy benefits management strategies and products for our clients and plan members.
Using Manulife's claims data to analyze and interpret drug utilization patterns, identifying opportunities for employers to enhance their current plan structure.
Using strong written and oral communication skills to assist in building business cases for new product development or administrative controls.
Required Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Pharmacy program or related discipline.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and Outlook email.
Proven analytical and research skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor information to a variety of audiences.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Interest in professional development and non-traditional pharmacy opportunities.

Salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
