Manulife Organizational Health Solutions Consultant in Waterloo, Ontario

As an Organizational Health Solutions Consultant, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in health and wellness strategies to drive impactful business and health outcomes. In this role, you'll act as a problem-solver, supporting clients in selecting and implementing the right solutions to improve health and well-being within their organizations. You will use data-driven insights to deliver targeted solutions for our clients, individual members, and Group Benefits business.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with data teams to bring organizational health insights forward to key sponsors.

  • Use data to drive conversations at all stages of implementation of organizational health strategies (before, during, after).

  • Enhance data outputs with subject matter expertise, to create comprehensive and forward-thinking organizational health strategies for Manulife’s clients.

  • Support clients to measure recommendation uptake and effectiveness.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of Manulife’s wellness product offerings and vendors.

  • Interpret data (qualitative and quantitative) to inform the design and selection of organizational health interventions, and support coordination between clients, vendors, and Manulife.

  • Provide strategic support to the enhancement of Manulife’s product shelf, including support with execution of pilot programs, research and cost analysis to evaluate new partnerships, and facilitation of strategic discussions internal to Manulife.

  • Provide strategic support to the execution of nudges and data-driven interventions.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and participate in eminence-generating activities (e.g. industry events, conferences, Manulife thought leadership).

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience, including client service, development of workplace health programs/strategies, strategic insights, and experience leading data-driven recommendations that impact health outcomes. Knowledge of or experience in insurance/group benefits industry considered an asset.

  • University degree. MBA or other business education considered an asset.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex data trends into understandable concepts.

  • Ability to professionally manage vendors and customers and successfully sustain relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful insights.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking ability.

  • Ability to generate high-quality presentations, materials, and artefacts for diverse internal and external audiences, including presentations to senior leadership.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and proven experience working with cross-functional teams (product, technology, marketing, sales, operations).

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and adapt to changing demands.

  • High level of self-motivation with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Highly developed financial acumen and business orientation.

Salary range is expected to be between

$84,375.00 CAD - $151,875.00 CAD
