Job Description

Job Summary:

The overall objective of this position is to be critically involved in the optimization of the methods used to manufacture DALSA products and to ensure the manufacturability of xray/standard products. At all times the objectives must be to strive to maintain uptime of the production equipment. Thereby minimizing DALSA's expenses in downtime and scrap produced.

Detailed Description:

  • Maintenance and upkeep of capabilities for equipment used in test/assembly of DALSA products.

  • Carry out problem solving activities within manufacturing to ensure product is shipped on time on schedule.

  • Carry out PM activities to ensure equipment is functioning as expected.

  • Supporting investigations/experiments with cross functional teams

Requirements:

  • College Diploma in Electronics Technology

  • 3 to 5 years experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
