As the Human Resources Generalist, you will have the opportunity to:
- Administer and maintain applicant tracking
- Collaborate and participate on recruiting and hiring teams
- Administer and maintain our Background Check Program (BCP) compliance
- Provide support within the department for continuity of HR services

Hours of Work: Part-time, non-exempt. 25 hours per week during open office hours. Office hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

What you need to become a Hero:
- Be 18+ years old and have High School Diploma or GED
- Three years prior work experience in Human Resources
- Have a Driver's license and a car covered by insurance
- A Current TB Test
- Will need to agree to and pass a State of Alaska background check.
- Three (3) Professional/Personal references.
