ASRC Federal is currently seeking qualifiedSenior Business Systems Analystcandidate to support our Combatant Command Support Agent (CCSA)Technical Support Division customer at 105 Army Pentagon, Washington, D.C.

JOB DUTIES:

• The Senior Business Systems Analyst operates independently, collaborating with various levels of end-users, including senior government leaders, to analyze business systems requirements. The role involves creating logical specifications for software application systems that address moderate to complex business problems. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting research to design technical and functional solutions ensuring effective system implementation.

• Developing all SSDLC-required documentation, including Project Charters, Project Scopes, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), Project Schedules, Test Cases, Test Plans, Test Scripts, and User Guides.

• Preparing briefing materials and presentations.

• Conducting peer reviews and evaluating subordinate performance.

• Collaborating with technical teams while focusing on analysis, definition, and system design rather than hands-on programming.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic Qualifications:

• Eight (8) years of experience in information systems projects involving planning, analyzing functional requirements, and deriving automated processes.

• Proficiency with MS Project Professional 2013, MS Visio Professional 2013, MS TFS 2015, and MS Office 2013.

• Working knowledge of SharePoint 2016 and Adobe Professional XI.

Certifications:

• IAM Level II

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree

Clearance Level:

• Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Full-time on-site at the Pentagon.
