SOUTHERN UTAH LUXURY INC Customer Service Representative in WASHINGTON, Utah
Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and friendly Customer Service Representative to manage incoming phone calls, assist with guest inquiries, and provide essential office support. This role is essential in ensuring our clients and guests receive outstanding service and support as part of our commitment to excellence.
8am-5pm range in office
Nights and weekends are remote. May require one weekend a month
30-40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist with office tasks such as filing, data entry, and administrative support.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information on property rentals, amenities, and local attractions.
Support scheduling and coordination of maintenance or guest requests.
Keep accurate records of interactions and document updates within our system.
Work collaboratively with the Southern Utah Luxury team to uphold company standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or office setting.
Strong verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a team environment.
