Summary You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the FIELD SERVICE DEPARTMENT of FLDSUPPACT. Responsibilities You will be responsible for providing managerial, analytical budgetary, technical, administrative and management advisory services to the Director on a wide spectrum of duties. You will develop administrative policies and procedures in order to more effectively utilize available personnel, prevent duplication of work and ensure the highest possible productivity. You will develop budget estimates and analyzes financial and budget control statements to advise management on the status of funds. You will act as the designated Approving Official that is responsible for reviewing and verifying the monthly purchase card statements of the cardholder’s under his/her purview via the electronic banking system. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
