- Accurately designs and stakes all assigned multi-phase and single-phase extensions and conversions.
[A. Completes all assigned staking functions with minimum supervision, within the allotted time frame. [B. Accurately designs and stakes distribution systems to conform to RUS and NESC specifications. [C. Maintains accurate knowledge of underground and overhead specifications; has familiarity with other utility specifications for permits and to maintain clearances. [D. Assist in analyzing potential system problems and developing possible solutions. ]{new="" roman="" times=""}]{new="" roman="" times=""}]{new="" roman="" times=""}]{new="" roman="" times=""}
- Accurately completes paperwork related function.
[A. Accurately prepares written documents, including necessary permits, easements, contracts and cost estimates, as required. [B. Accurately records proper work order number on time sheets on a daily basis. ]{new="" roman="" times=""}]{new="" roman="" times=""}
- Accurately prepares staking sheets, checks drawings, and prepares all paperwork in accordance with Rayle EMC policies within allotted time frame.
[D. Inputs proper information into the accounting system and system map/model. [E. Ensures that the proper amounts of materials are in stock to complete work. ]{new="" roman="" times=""}]{new="" roman="" times=""}
- Effectively resolves member complaints.
[A. Keeps immediate supervisor informed of any unusual member complaints. [ B. Ensures that all member complaints from the field within his/her are of responsibility are immediately resolved. [ C. Ensures that any complaints that cannot be resolved within his/her area of responsibility are routed to the proper person within one day of notification. ]{new="" roman="" times=""}]{new="" roman="" times=""}]{new="" roman="" times=""}
- Maintains safety standards and awareness.
[A. Establishes and maintains acceptable safety standards. [ B. Maintains current knowledge of Rayle EMC's safety regulations and evaluation of personal compliance. [ C. Performs in accordance with established safe environment.
