Your Impact:

  • Serve as a Team Lead Data Analyst providing support to the customer and partnering agencies in furtherance of a classified USIC program, specifically focused on the Nominations Team.

  • Provide oversight of personnel and collaborate with program managers regarding operations, compliance, personnel issues, and customer deliverables.

  • Coordinate with agents in the field, FBIHQ, and OGA employees on the creation of nominations requests.

  • Oversee the Nominations Processing Training Program, and train personnel on policies, requirements, and best practices associated with processing nominations.

  • Update and track training materials when needed. Manage and/or oversee team policies, training documents, and SOPs regarding customer operations, and provide insight into system updates.

  • Use IC-derived best practices to work independently on complex problems in all phases of the classified program.

  • Develop short and long-term deliverable goals related to the Nomination Program and track employee status and progression throughout processor training.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizen

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university

  • Candidate must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance

  • Six (6) months of experience on the Nominations Team processing new nominations or establishing secondary coverage

  • One (1) year experience on contract

  • Effective writing and communication skills. Must be able to convey information accurately and concisely to stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability and experience providing constructive feedback and guidance to new team members

  • Successful background of providing operational and process improvements to customer

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to think creatively

  • Display a professional demeanor at all times regardless of the circumstance

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously

  • Ability not to share work information with others outside contract and its partners during and after employment

  • Mission-first attitude and strong customer service focus

Essential Functions

Physical Requirements:

Most work will be done at a desk or computer.

Work Environment:

General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.

Equipment & Machines:

General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment.


Attendance is critical at all times. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times Essential and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.

Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation.

Must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing. Must be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. Must work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements. Must be willing to travel as needed. Must take and pass a drug test and background check as well as a motor vehicle records check. Must be a US citizen.
