Sr. Advisory Specialist Solution Consultant - ERP Creator Workflows

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned presales Solution Consultant who is a customer facing domain expert, who drives innovative business solutions with our customers, by applying technical and business skills. This Solution Consulting Presales role has hands-on experience or is well versed with SAP/and or Oracle ERP as well as the associated technologies in this area (BTP, ECC, S/4 HANA, Ariba, Coupa) and has experience in architecting custom solutions to address business problems on the Now Platform (or similar platforms), low-code app dev tools/technologies. This Solution Consultant position will have a major impact on our future success by supporting Sales. This position will focus on our low-code app dev App Engine for ERP modernization products (SAP, Oracle, etc.) with the support and partnership of Sales, Channel Partners, Product Management, and the executive management team. This role will need to go deep and wide on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles.

Enhancing ERP Processes in multiple lines of business (finance, procurement, IT, risk) via the ServiceNow Platform with our low-code App Engine is a rapidly growing focus area for ServiceNow. As a Solution Consultant for this new product introduction team, you will have an opportunity to drive one of the next growth engines for the company.

In this role you will lead and build a growing team of highly motivated Solution Consultants that will partner with you to drive innovative scenarios in a high growth and dynamic environment.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Partner with the ERP Transformation Creator Workflows Solution Sales to co-develop a go-to-market strategy for the assigned territory you cover.

  • Drive the Low Code App Engine for ERP product line

  • Building / developing scenarios to demonstrate the power of combining ERP with ServiceNow capabilities.

  • Support product sales as a technical and domain ERP Modernization expert in a client-facing pre-sales team

  • Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and deliver product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs

  • Respond to product related architecture, value and feature, related technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues.

  • Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional market value.

  • Develop and share best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants and Partners to enhance the quality and scale the efficiency of the team

  • Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation

  • Interact with the ERP community as a thought leader on developing, modernizing and extending applications on the ServiceNow platform

  • Provide domain expertise in marketing to help shape and drive our ERP Modernization messaging.

Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience

  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions

  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services

  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence

  • Travel, as necessary

For positions in the District of Columbia, we offer a base pay of $168,825 to $273,675, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.  Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
