Job Description
As a Senior Director in Clinical – Service Lines - Product Development organisation, you will lead teams and apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to drive software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications. You will be responsible for modernising a set of clinical products on new Health AI technology stack through reimagining customer experience in addition to delivering commitments within existing software platform. You will partner and collaborate across Oracle Health & Enterprise, build high performing teams that will leverage Oracle technology and AI to modernize the products and reduce the burden of time and cost to our customers.

Responsibilities
This role will report to the VP of Clinical Product Development and will be responsible for:
Directing, leading and coaching engineering teams to deliver successful products and services.
Setting the technical direction for EHR product modernization with reimagined workflow/experience.
Staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry best practices, ensuring compliance and driving innovation within the organization.
Building high performing geographically distributed engineering teams.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing best talent.
Establishing and stimulating software development standards and processes along with best practices for the entire org
Developing strategic plans to accomplish technical as well as business objectives with leadership chain, team, and customers.
Defining new KPIs to inform decision making and prioritization.
Setting goals and expectations for performance and working with employees to establish specific, measurable goals and commitments.

US: Hiring Range: from $142,900 to $338,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
