Ideal Candidate Background:
Has relationships with insurance, banking and capital markets clients.
Skilled at building compliance, risk, business and technology transformation and supporting the insurance, banking and capital markets industries, including Fintech's that sell into these markets.
Experience bringing a suite of services to financial services clients.
Ability to help the Firm sell add-on work.
Demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities through mentorship and the development of colleagues.
Capacity to contribute meaningfully to practice growth through business development efforts by acquiring new clients and developing new consulting opportunities.
